I figured that there's some information that is stored in my brain (no laughing) that might help someone else. So if you are unemployed or under employed, this blog is for you. After relocating in 2004, I did not have a job but two young children to feed, so I turned my job search into a job. I started with researching the top companies in Orlando and narrowing that list down to employers that were my top 10 choices. I had already done some preliminary research before I moved, but I was able to discover more information once I was in Orlando. Next I created an Excel spreadsheet that listed my top 10 along with all of their information. A friend calls me information resources because of my ability to find the answers to some of her tough questions. It may be that I know how to utilize my resources and find what I need along with my many experiences in different jobs. I have gained much from all of the jobs that I have held and it helps me because it just makes me very efficient in what I do.
